What should I do if I have forgotten my Password?
If you have forgotten your password, you can simply request a new password on our website by using the link "Forgot your password", which is located in the header of the website. On the site "Forgotten Password" it will be required to enter your user name and date of birth. After you have entered the data, an e-mail message that contains a link that allows you to create a new password will be send to your e-mail address. After you click on the link, you will be directed to our website where you can create your new password.
I received a message "The link for the recovery of the forgotten password is invalid", what should I do?
The link for the recovery of the forgotten password is valid for a certain time frame and after that, the same becomes invalid. In this case it is necessary to initiate again the whole process for the recovery of the forgotten password.
How can I change my user details?
By clicking on "Account settings", which is located in the upper right corner, you can change your user details: Contact details, user password, e-mail address. In case you want to change other user informations, such as your home address or personal informations (e.g. name or last name), we kindly ask you to send us a copy of the front and back of your ID card, passport or driving license and a copy of your utility bill on which your name, surname and home address are displayed (the bill should not be older than 3 months). Please note that we do not accept black and white copies.
I changed my e-mail address and received a message that I need to activate the new e-mail address, what should I do?
During the change of your e-mail address, we send an activation link to your new e-mail address on wich it is necessary to click on in order to activate the new e-mail address. The old e-mail address remains valid until you have activate the new e-mail address.
During the attempt of the activation of the e-mail address i received the message "Activation link expired", what should I do?
The link for the activation of your new e-mail address is valid for a certain time frame and after that,the same becomes invalid. In this case it is necessary to initiate again the whole process for the activation of your new e-mail address.

Where can I send personal documents?
You can send your documents by clicking on the link "Send documents" which is located in the header of our website. Please note that we only accept documents in one of these formats: *.jpeg, *.gif, *png, *.pdf, whose size should not exceed 5120 Kb (5MB). Please note that we do not accept black and white copies.
When will my documents be validated?
Your documents will be checked within 24 hours. After your documents have been checked, you will be notified by e-mail.
How can i block my user account?
If you want to close your Tipwin account click on "Account Settings", located in the header of the website, then go to the tab "Account block." The account can be closed for a certain period of time or permanently. Note that the request can not be undone.
When logging in i received a message that the account is locked, how can I reactivate it?

In the message you should include your username, so we can check for any reason your account has been blocked and inform you on further action.
